1. Apply online to Fullerton College by following the directions on our website:
   www.fullcoll.edu (Click “Apply Online”)



2. Download the Disability Verification form for your medical professional to complete.



3. Call and make an initial appointment at the Disability Support Services office.



4. Bring to the initial appointment the completed Disability Verification form.
